Change order

Have you accidentally ordered a wrong product, or do you want to change the delivery address? No problem, we can change your order as long as the package has not been sent for shipping yet. If you have already received a shipping confirmation it means your package has been processed for shipping and cannot be changed. In this case we are of course still happy to help you in any other way.

Do you wish to cancel an order that has already been paid? Please contact us as soon as possible, so that we are able to intercept your package. If your order has not been paid yet you can cancel your order at any time.

If your package is already underway you can notify the deliverer to return it to us. If you received your package you can still return it to us by filling in the return form. We will reimburse your payment within a couple of work days upon receiving the package.
