Shipment options

Naturally, after placing your order, you would want to start using your products as soon as possible. These are the various possibilities to process your order:

Pick up at one of our stores

You can pick up your order at one of our stores free of charge. Place your order and select the store where you would like to pick it up from. We will reserve your order for 7 days.

Same day delivery

If you place your order before 12:30pm it is possible to select same day delivery. Your order will be delivered on the same day between 6pm and 10pm. After 3pm you will be able to track the estimated delivery time on a special tracking website.

Next day delivery

All orders placed and paid before 11.59pm will be processed on the same day and delivered on the very next work day. Delivery on Sundays is available for an extra fee. You will receive a tracking code as soon as your order is sent, which allows you to view the estimated arrival of your delivery.

Delivery abroad

We sent packages abroad through several transporters. If you selected standard delivery or the UPS courier you can expect your order to arrive within 3 work days. If you chose UPS Express you will receive your order the very next work day. Orders sent with UPS Express are processed until 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed on the next work day.


Products that are too big or too large for standard delivery, such as 2 meter long backgrounds, we will deliver to you personally by our own courier. Delivery times range from 1 to 3 work days. We will contact you a day before delivery to notify you of the time.

Shipping abroad

For delivery abroad we offer the following options:

Delivery times

If a product is in stock we will send it immediately after payment is received. Paying with iDeal is the quickest option, since we are able to verify these payments straight away.

Credit card, Paypal, or Afterpay payments cannot always be verified immediately, since we are reliant on external systems.

If you opt for payment by bank transfer it can take several work days before we are able to verify your payment and send your order.

After your order is sent we will update you about the delivery through a tracking website.

Shipping costs

Standard delivery orders over 50 euros without additional delivery options and a delivery address in the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany are free of charge. For orders under 50 euros you pay a delivery fee of €3,95.

If you would like to use one of our special delivery options, such as Extra early, Sunday delivery, or same day delivery, we will add a small extra fee. While placing your order you will always see the exact costs of each delivery option.

Costs for delivery abroad vary per available option. In the final stage of placing your order you will see the exact costs of each option. Delivery by our own courier costs 20 euros.


As soon as your order is packaged you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation. This email contains a link with which you can track your order. The tracking information comes directly from the transporter. Please contact us if you have a question that you can't resolve with the transporter.

Package not received

You expected to receive your order today, but it hasn't arrived yet? We understand your frustration! Don't worry, the following options may provide more insight as to why:

Check the track&trace code of your package that you received in an email with the shipping confirmation. There you will find more information about possible delays of the delivery.

Check the delivery address in the order confirmation. Did you provide the correct address?

Check your mailbox.

Change address or order

Heb je per abuis een verkeerd artikel besteld, of wil je bijvoorbeeld het afleveradres de bestelling wijzigen? Geen probleem, als het pakket nog niet verzonden is kunnen we het nog voor je aanpassen. Als je al een verzendbevestiging hebt ontvangen is het pakket al te ver verwerkt om het nog te kunnen aanpassen, maar uiteraard helpen we je dan ook nog graag!

Cancel order

Wil je een betaalde bestelling annuleren? Neem dan zo snel mogelijk contact met ons op, zodat we het pakket tijdig kunnen onderscheppen. Is je bestelling nog niet betaald? Dan is er geen haast.

Als je bestelling al onderweg is kun je aan de postbezorger doorgeven dat het niet meer nodig is, en deze zorgt er voor dat het pakket weer bij ons terug komt. Als het pakket wel is ontvangen kun je het via de normale retourprocedure aan ons terug sturen. Het aankoopbedrag storten we dan binnen enkele werkdagen na ontvangst van je retourzending weer aan je terug.
