Paying in our shop

When you visit our shop, which has a total surface area of 550 m², you can collect your order and pay in various ways.

Paying by cash

You collect your order from our shop and pay by cash at the till.

Paying by debit card

You collect your order from our shop and pay for this by debit card at the till. Please note: the limit of your bank card is often set to €2500.00. Contact your bank in case of any doubt.

Express. Paying by Creditcard

You collect your order from our shop and pay for this by Creditcard at the till. Please note: the pin machines in our shop are equipped with the very latest technology; therefore, you will always need to enter the pin code of your Creditcard.

We accept the following type of Creditcards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

We unfortunately have to pass on a 2% surcharge for Creditcard payments as a result of the charges we incur from Creditcard companies.

Prepayment

Paying via internet banking

You will instantly be sent a confirmation by e-mail. The e-mail is sent to the e-mail address you indicated when you placed you order via our website and opted for prepayment. Please note: if you haven’t received the e-mail within 5 minutes, please check your spam box first.

You transfer the total amount of the order, adding the order number, in the usual manner to the bank account of Cameranu. Your order will be dispatched as soon as your payment is received and providing the ordered products are in stock. Usually, you will receive your order the following working day.

You can also opt to pay via iDeal, Creditcard or PayPal. The advantage of iDeal is that there are no extra costs involved and your order can be dispatched that same day (providing it’s in stock)!

Paying via iDeal, Sofort, GiroPay or Bancontact

You can choose this free option via our website during the ordering process. Once the order has been completed, you immediately will be taken to your own familiar and secure internet banking environment. Here you can pay directly for your order.

When the payment was successful, we receive a confirmation from your bank. After that, we will send you a payment notification e-mail with an overview of your placed order. Please not: if you haven't received the e-mail within 5 minutes, please check your spam box first.

Next, we will dispatch your order right away, providing the products are in stock and the payment had been completed before 23:59 or on saturdays before 16:00. In other words: immediate shipment if ordered and paid on workingdays for before 23:59 or on saturdays before 16:00! (only applies to the Netherlands)

Paying by creditcard

You can also pay online by creditcard (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). Choose the creditcard payment method during the ordering process on our website. You can pay in exactly the same way for your order as you would normally pay online by creditcard. Your order will be dispatched as soon as your payment has been received and checked and as soon as the order is in stock. Unfortunately we can't check your payment after 17:00. Orders payed afther this time, will be send the next working day. Orders payed with creditcard on Saturdays or Sundays are being shipped the following Monday.

Orders payed afther this time, will be send the next working day. Orders payed with this payment options on Saturdays or Sundays are being shipped the following Monday.

Payment received

We will send out your order the same working day, as soon as we have received your payment and providing your order is in stock. If you have opted for having your order delivered by recorded delivery, then you will receive an e-mail that same evening with the dispatch confirmation and tracking number which you can use to follow your shipment online.

Order cancellation

Cameranu always offers the option of cancelling your order, without incurring any charges. This also includes orders which have already been paid. Your order will automatically be cancelled if we haven’t received your payment within one week after placing the order.

Payment received

We will send out your order the same working day, as soon as we have received your payment and providing your order is in stock. Paying via our courier (cash on delivery)

You can opt to have your order delivered to your home or your workplace by our own Cameranu courier.

You can pay our Cameranu courier in various ways, after (if so required) checking the contents of your order. The available payment methods are as follows:

Paying by cash

Your order is delivered by our own courier and you will pay for your order by cash.

Paying by debit card

Your order is delivered by our own courier and you will pay for your order by debit card.
Please note: the limit of your bank card is often set to €2500.00. Contact your bank in case of any doubt.

Paying by Creditcard

Your order is delivered by our own courier and you will pay for your order by Creditcard.
Please note: The pin machine of our couriers is equipped with the very latest technology; therefore you always need to enter the pin code of your Creditcard!

The costs for having your order delivered by the Cameranu courier are €20.00.

VAT free shipments for companies

If you have your own company within Europe, we can provide you with VAT (21%) free deliveries.

We would need your VAT number and company address details for verification purposes. You can fill in these details once you have placed your order via our website. We can provide you with VAT free deliveries once the Dutch Inland Revenue has verified and approved your details.

How to order VAT-free (intra-Community)

  • Step 1. Go to shopping cart (filled with articles)
  • Step 2. Select the country of the billing address from the dropdown menu at '' In which country do you want to be delivered? ''
  • Step 3. Click on to order
  • Step 4. Log in to your existing account or continue without logging in
  • Step 5. Select the bullet '' business '' at the top of the page
  • Step 6. Enter your VAT number, company name, if necessary the reference (optional) and click on the checkbox '' I want to be delivered VAT free ''
  • Step 7. If applicable, fill in the other details and click on '' to pay ''
  • Step 8. Choose the desired payment method and pay the VAT-free order

In order to be able to deliver VAT free, it is important that the goods are delivered outside the Netherlands, in Europe. Unfortunately, it is not possible to deliver VAT-free in the Netherlands with a foreign invoice address.

If you have your own company within Europe, we can provide you with VAT (21%) free deliveries.
