Hoe werkt Sony Lease?
Jij bepaalt welke camera, videocamera of objectief je wilt leasen. De rekensom is eenvoudig: de nieuwprijs van het product of de gezamenlijke producten wordt gedeeld door het aantal maanden dat je wilt leasen om je maandpremie te bepalen.

Welke kosten zijn er naast de maandpremie verbonden aan Sony Lease?
Zoals gezegd kun je het aankoopbedrag van je apparatuur delen door het aantal maanden dat het leasecontract duurt. De enige kosten die hier nog bijkomen zijn eenmalig € 75,- administratiekosten en maandelijks € 1,95 administratieve kosten voor een optioneel service pack. Deze kosten zijn exclusief BTW. Bij automatische incasso betaal je niets extra, bij handmatig overboeken wordt er nog € 20,- extra in rekening gebracht. Houd er bij Financial Lease rekening mee dat je bij het ingaan van het contract het BTW-bedrag meteen dient te voldoen. Je eerste termijn bedrag valt dus hoger uit.

Kan ik het product na afloop van het leasecontract overkopen?
Dat kan, na afloop van je lease-contract (financial of operational) de mogelijkheid om het product voor 5% van de oorspronkelijke nieuwprijs aan te kopen. Dit moet je 3 maanden voor het einde van je contract aangeven. Bij beide vormen is de mogelijkheid tot overname tegen 5%.

Wat is financial lease?
Financial lease is kopen op afbetaling. Je betaalt vooraf het volledige BTW-bedrag van het te leasen product naast de eenmalige administratiekosten van €75,-. Het exclusieve btw-bedrag gedeeld door het aantal maanden zijn je vaste maandlasten in het geval van een 0% lease, voor andere leases (buiten de 0%) zal er een rentepercentage bovenop komen welke wij voor je uitrekenen. Je regelt zelf een verzekering (verplicht) en zorgt zelf voor onderhoud en reparaties. De geleasde apparatuur staat op je balans in je boekhouding. Aan het einde van de looptijd kun jij de apparatuur voor 5% van de aanschafwaarde exclusief BTW overnemen van de leasemaatschappij.

Wat is operational lease?
Bij operational lease huur je de apparatuur van de leasemaatschappij. De leasemaatschappij is de eigenaar van de apparatuur. Je betaalt eenmalig de administratiekosten van €75,-. Het exclusieve btw-bedrag gedeeld door het aantal maanden zijn je vaste maandlasten in het geval van een 0% lease, hier komt maandelijks nog BTW overheen van het maandbedrag. Voor andere lease (buiten de 0%) zal er een rentepercentage bovenkop komen welke wij voor je uitrekenen indien dit het geval is. Je regelt zelf een verzekering (verplicht) en zorgt zelf voor onderhoud en reparaties. De apparatuur staat niet op je balans in de boekhouding, vergelijk dit met het huren van apparatuur. Aan het eind van de looptijd heb je de mogelijkheid tot het overnemen van de apparatuur tegen een bedrag van 5% van de aanschafwaarde exclusief BTW.

Hoe kun je je aanmelden voor de Sony Lease?
Maar hoe meld je jezelf nu eigenlijk aan voor Sony Lease? Je kunt het formulier hierboven invullen. Daarnaast kun je op de productpagina van de deelnemende camera's en objectieven op de link "Lease aanvragen" klikken. Daar staat de link "Lease aanvraag indienen". Als je hierop klikt opent er een formulier waar je jouw persoonlijke informatie, het Nederlandse KvK-nummer en BTW-nummer kunt invullen. Het is namelijk alleen mogelijk om te leasen als je langer dan 12 maanden staat ingeschreven bij de Nederlandse KvK. Na het invullen klik je op "Versturen". Vervolgens krijg je een bevestigingsmail en onze administratie krijgt een e-mail met je aanvraag. Zij zullen vervolgens contact met je opnemen om de procedure verder af te handelen. Let op: de gemiddelde doorlooptijd totdat je het product in bezit hebt, bedraagt tien werkdagen.

Wat kun je doen als een gewenst product niet geleasd kan worden?
Omdat Sony regelmatig nieuwe camera's en objectieven uitbrengt, kan het zijn dat een product nog niet in het overzicht staat. Als je contact met ons opneemt via de eerder genoemde methodes kunnen wij direct uitzoeken of een bepaald product in aanmerking komt om te leasen.

Zijn acties van toepassing op lease-producten?
Sony heeft regelmatig consumenten-acties en het kan zijn dat een product dat jij wilt leasen, onder zo'n actie valt. Promotionele acties zijn echter niet van toepassing op lease-producten.
